Principal post in the college is filled by the Government through promotion from eligible college teachers in Kerala under the Career Advancement Scheme of UGC. During the period of its inception, the Special Officer appointed for the establishment of the college was given the charge of Principal. As teaching posts were created in the year 2008, first posting of Principal on a regular basis was made in August 2008. Thereafter,regular postings were made from the selection list / seniority list .
Due to some administrative reasons, from 2019-20 onwards, full additional charge of Principal was given to a senior teacher of the college and Smt. AMALA A K, Associate Professor of Commerce discharged the duty as Principal since then. From April 2022, the full additional charge of Principal has been given to Sri RAMESH K, Assistant Professor of Commerce .
